Reflection: This quote is true because without good value your nothing. By values it means like listening or working hard. Value is number one key to being successful in life. Need it everywhere. Value is such a great thing everyone needs good value.
Another example is that people having feelings to do stuff yet they value on doing the right thing such as eating fast food they feel like eating fast food yet they value on being healthy and not becoming obese. Another example is when you are taking a test. You feel like cheating but you won't because you value on not cheating. You might think that cheating is the best thing you can do when you don't understand but it's not.
