I am not bound to win, but I am bound to be true. I must stand with anybody that stands right, and stand with him while he is right, and part with him when he goes wrong.”

Reflection: I think what this quote means is to hang out with the right group the ones that always do good and stay away from the ones that do drugs or go out late and do bad stuff.

April fool's Day

                        April fool’s Day

April fool’s day is on April 1st. April fool’s day is celebrated every year on the first day of April as a day when people play practical jokes and hoaxes on each other. The jokes and their victims are known as "April fools".   Hoax stories may be reported by the press and other media on this day and explained on subsequent days. Popular since the 19th century, the day is not a national holiday in any country, but it is well known in Canada, Europe, Australia, Brazil and the United States. A few pros & cons are that you prank the person that’s a pro and a con is don’t hurt them.

“When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like an hour. That's relativity.”  – Albert Einstein

Reflection: This quote is very true because when you’re having a good time everything passes by so quickly and when you’re bored or not doing anything at all time tends to slow down. It makes no sense what so ever. Like why does this happen I’m sure the time is exactly passing how it normally does but it just seems like it passes really fast and its sad because I  want to spend time with people I like and get to mess around with but when I’m out shopping with my mom time is on my mom’s side.

St. Patrick's Day

                                St. Patrick’s Day

Saint Patrick was a 5th-century Romano-British Christian missionary and bishop in Ireland. Saint Patrick’s Day is a cultural and religious celebration held on 17 March, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick. Saint Patrick's Day was made an official Christian feast day in the early 17th century and is observed by the Catholic Church, the Anglican Communion. On St Patrick's Day it is customary to wear shamrocks and/or green clothing or accessories (the "wearing of the green"). St Patrick is said to have used the shamrock, a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pagan Irish. This story first appears in writing in 1726, though it may be older.

The football team made a plan to let Keith score a touchdown. Keith was unpopular and basically a no body until he scored his first touchdown. The football players went behind their coaches back and made this play just so he can score and feel special. I personally think this play was awesome like I would have never thought of this at all.

Reflection: I believe what this quote is trying to say is that only people that you believe are good that do good such as not go out with other women or men and like not drinking and instead stay home with there family. Those are good and truly great people.

Cheating: Is the short term gain worth the long term pain?

“Many think that the short term gain will be worth the long term pain, but it isn’t. In addition, using steroids is cheating, a there is nothing worse in sports than a cheater. Don’t do it.”

GEORGE MITCHELL, Senate Majority Leader, Presidential Medal of Freedom, Disney Chairman of the Board.
